1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and u899 (hereinafter "u899", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the u899 website located at https://u899.cam and all associated services, products, software, games, and promotional materials offered thereon.

These Terms apply in full to every interaction you have with the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus claims and withdrawals.

2 Definitions

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money by a User into their Account using a payment method available through the Platform's cashier.

3 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of the following events: (a) clicking any "I Agree", "Accept" or equivalent confirmation during registration; (b) completing account registration; or (c) placing any wager or making any deposit on the Platform.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first use of the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your Account's existence, including any period during which your Account may be suspended.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on u899, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction. u899 strictly prohibits underage gambling under any circumstances.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent or affiliate of u899, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by u899 for any reason related to a breach of these Terms.
7. You are of sound mind, capable of entering into a legally binding agreement, and are not under any form of self-exclusion order applicable to the Platform.

5 Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of third-party information — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify u899 support immediately.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods made available in the Platform's cashier section at the relevant time. Payment provider names referenced on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar local references only. Their appearance does not constitute an endorsement of gambling activities by those institutions, nor does it guarantee that any specific payment method will be available to you at any particular time.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on u899:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Applicable limits will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. u899 may request proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. u899 does not guarantee same-day processing and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• u899 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of fraud, AML (anti-money laundering) or bonus-abuse investigations.
• Amounts displayed on the Platform may be shown in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other currencies depending on your account settings. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction.

u899 does not accept responsibility for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such fees are your sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

u899 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotional offer is available once per User, household, IP address, payment method and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from your real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable Balance.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits associated with each offer will be stated in the specific offer's terms. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — slots typically contribute 100% while live dealer and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero.

8 Gambling Rules & Conduct

All games and betting markets available on u899 are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

The following general conduct rules apply to all Users at all times:

• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying their selections, stake amounts and odds before confirming any wager.
• u899 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of a software error, pricing error, data feed error or other technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
• In-play and pre-match sports betting markets are subject to the Platform's trading rules. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data delays or otherwise — may be voided at u899's sole discretion.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the User's Balance as the original stake. Winnings from bets placed on events with erroneous odds are not guaranteed and may be adjusted or voided.
• u899 may impose bet limits on individual markets, games, or Users at any time without prior notice, including maximum single-bet amounts and maximum payout limits.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u899 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other Users in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player format.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade reporting obligations, or using the Platform as a conduit for the proceeds of crime.
• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's identity or payment credentials to circumvent Account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any User who discovers a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory conduct towards u899 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any software used on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the u899 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, game interfaces, software, text and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of u899 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any Platform content for commercial purposes; or remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u899 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Interruption or cessation of access to the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes, odds calculations or data feeds resulting from third-party software providers.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

u899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

u899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Discovery that a User is located in or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Discovery that a User is under the applicable minimum age.
• A User's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling tools.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting u899 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance — net of any pending bonus obligations — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

u899 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a User during a period between notification of suspected breach and Account suspension where the Account remained accessible due to technical constraints.

13 Responsible Gambling

u899 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment. It must never be used as a means to generate income, to recover financial losses, or to cope with emotional distress.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account through the responsible gambling section of your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose across any defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session, after which you will be automatically logged out.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licenced. 16 Amendments

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. u899 accepts no liability for any harm or loss resulting from a User's failure to read updated Terms in a timely manner.
